ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead 9 homes across the South WestCornwall, Devon, Jersey & Somerset.As a Barchester Regional Director, while reporting into the Divisional/Managing Director you are responsible for leading the overall performance of your geographical region. You will provide support, guidance and direction (directly and indirectly) to a variedteam of clinical and non-clinical professionals. You will lead by example, inspiring your teams to always operate with the principle of Quality First as well develop the commercial success of your region.ABOUT YOUTo join us as a Regional Director, we are looking for extensive experience of multisite management, management of large teams and experience of managing budgets and resources within a heavily regulated healthcare environment. You will be able to effectivelycoach and mentor managers and teams on leading a Good or Outstanding service as well as identifying and troubleshooting challenges and formulating action plans.
