HR Manager (Part Time) - Paignton - £28k Pro rataMy client, a successful and growing FMCG manufacturing company based in the Torbay area, is looking to recruit a part time HR Manager for their site. The successful Human Resource Manager will be working approximately 15 hours per week, spread over 2/3 days.The successful HR Manager will be an experienced HR generalist ideally with manufacturing experience and their main role will be to advise the directors on HR Matters and carry out a variety of HR tasks onsite.Key Duties will include: Work closely with the directors to ensure the smooth running of the business in relation to employment law, legislation and best practice Ensure staff records are kept up to date Actively participate in the recruitment and interviewing of staff Keep up to date on current and future legislation Monitor staff absences, deal with annual leave Update staff training recordsKeys skills required for the role: HR experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in food, drink or pharmaceutical Happy working with small sites Sage 50 HR preferableThis role offers a salary of £28k pro rata and flexible working hours onsite.
