Job Description

Fundraising Analysis OfficerHours: 18.75 Hours per weekLocation: Torquay, Devon TQ2 5LS. Remote or Hybrid WorkingSalary: Between £10,840 - £12,000 per annum (£21,320 - £24,000 pro rata) depending on experienceContract: PermanentA brand new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fundraising Analysis Officer to join a progressive and warm fundraising team. To be successful youll need knowledge of fundraising CRMs, advanced skills in Excel and possibly other analysis software,combined with a clear and engaging way of sharing findings. Youll use these skills and your experience of working within charities, preferably within a fundraising environment, to help strengthen Rowcrofts approach to learning so we continually improve ourexcellent supporter stewardship, engage and delight new supporters and achieve the hospices inspirational vision of extending its care to 2 in 3 South Devon families.Youll be conducting detailed fundraising data analysis, including of campaigns, monthly fundraising income and supporter behaviours in line with the needs of our fundraising teams and Head of Fundraising. Youll also support fundraisers in gathering insightthrough surveys and similar activities and find new and engaging ways to disseminate learning across Rowcrofts fundraising and marketing teams.You will need:

  • A solid understanding of database structures together with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (and possibly PowerBi and FastStats)
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs for your colleagues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritise a complex and varied workload while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work across teams and departments in a collaborative manner
