Are you an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer looking for a new opportunityDo you have experience within the Optical / Photonic industryIf you answered yes to the above then get in touch with the Redline group as we are actively seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our industry leading client based in the South West!The Continuous Improvement Engineer based in Devon, will be responsible for driving productivity and ensuring productivity targets areAchieved. You will be responsible for evaluating financial benefits, technical reviews, project approval, allocation and optimisation of resources across the production line. In addition, enable key business initiatives by closely aligning with internal business team members to maximise productivity, Yields, RFT, SMED, Reduce Cycle Times, OTD and all delivered under the umbrella of quality assurance.Other responsibilities include: Act as change agent regarding to continuous improvement culture and its alignment with the organisations vision, values, and objectives. Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement techniques. Coordinate the collection of observations, ideas and solutions and implement via project management.
