The ideal candidate will have a can do attitude and be able to work in a team, whilst being ableto use your own initiative and not be afraid to ask relevant questions and learn new things!Pay& Hours for our Assistant Manager£10.54 per hour£20,553 per annumfrom April 202237.50 hours per weekThe Assistant ManagerAs the Assistant Manager you will have personality, enthusiasm and determination in order to create success for your store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure that company targets, KPIs, goals and standards are achieved. You will assistin the prioritisation and organisation of store activity to maximise sales.We are interested in individuals who enjoy the challenge of the retail environment, want a rewarding career, have a passion for customer service, and have strong leadership, communication, planning and organisational skills.You may be a current Assistant Manager/Floor Manager/Deputy Manager/Department Manager or a Supervisor in any environment and are looking for the next step in your career.
