Job Description

Cathedral Appointments is recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join a successful and growing business on the outskirts of Exeter. Following a sustained and successful growth, our client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a vital role within their team and the successful candidate will be the hub of a busy and vibrant sales team. You will be the first point of contact for all customers, so personality is key. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop a career in sales as there is real potential for this role to develop.Responsibilities:

  • Receive orders by phone and email and respond swiftly
  • Processing sales orders from receipt to dispatch
  • Acknowledge orders and make follow up calls to customers
  • Regular customer interaction to provide updates on lead times, delivery status etc
  • Any additional general office management tasks as required
    • Requirements:
  • Good experience with Sage accounts software or similar.
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Highly organised and a great organiser.
  • A positive, problem solving attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner
  • Ability to work on own and as part of a team
