Job Description

The purpose of this role is to :-

  • Provide leadership and management skills to lead the Practice in meeting its agreed targets via the Patient Administration Team.
  • To be responsible for change management in implementing new systems.
  • To supervise the Patient Administration Team and ensuring their development both as individuals and as a Team.
  • To develop, organise and manage the day to day delivery of services and associated functions including repeat prescribing and the use of the clinical system to all our patients across both the reception and back office areas of the Practice.
  • To implement agreed policies and consider the introduction of new services, policies and procedures to ensure the quality and efficiency of services delivered.
  • Responsible to the Practice Manager, but will also liaise closely with the Partners, Lead Nurse and Data Quality & IT Lead.
