Search Engineering and Manufacturing have once again partnered with a leading food manufacturing business. We are recruiting a Machine Operator to join the fantastic team on site.This is a 4 on 3 off opportunity and your future employer has a fantastic reputation for giving their people a great working environment along with a fantastic track record in progressing their staff.The role of Machine Operator will require some experience from a Machine Operative background, ideally food or drink. Along with experience in wrapping and machines. The successful candidate or candidates will enjoy all of the training schemes and developmentprograms the company has to offer, alongside a generous hourly rate.The main duties for the position of Machine Operator will consist of the following:Arrive early before shift to warm up and prep machineConsistently oversee the machine is running safely and to a high standardLabelling correctlyReset the firm wrap when neededPackage up goods correctlyClean up and wind down machines at end of shiftPrevious experience working in a Warehouse environment, ideally have machine operator experience within FMCG. Ability to work within a team to achieve business goals.
