Job Description

Hybrid Working - 2 days per week in our offices in TonbridgeJob role is to drive visibility and web traffic to our websites to drive E-commerce sales and support brand awareness, through paid digital advertising and social.

  • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC) along with social media strategies with the aim of increasingbrand awareness and customer engagement. Supporting the Marketing and E-Commerce calendar (s)
  • Manage external paid media agencies to agreed KPI’s to deliver the E-Commerce plan
  • Setting measurable goals for campaigns, measuring and showing the Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Setting measurable goals for internal campaigns, measuring and showing the Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Analysing the long-term needs of the company’s digital & social media strategy and offering quarterly reports to the management and executive teams, outlining any necessary changes to the overall digital marketing plan
  • Assisting Brand leads and Digital Platform Trading & Operations Manager to deliver the trading and communications plan
  • Creating captivating content for an organisation’s social media and digital sites, which may include writing blogs, articles, posts and multimedia content
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies
  • Developing and overseeing competitions and campaigns to draw attention to a brand and support CRM growth
  • Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments and social media posts
  • Liaising with other departments and creatives to create a holistic and effective online marketing strategy
  • Building and maintaining a brand’s presence across multiple social media & digital channels
  • Collaborating with sales teams to improve marketing results
  • Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment
  • Coordinating with teams to identify innovative growth strategies
  • Preparing monthly reports on the performance of marketing campaigns
