Job Description

Annual salary: up to £26,000.00 Customer Liaison OfficerTonbridgeFull-Time Role, PermanentSalary up to £26,000 PAN, DOEAbout the Role:Due to new Planned Works and agreed client prelims to enable us to deliver the agreed programs, we are now seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to join our team; now in its Twelfth year providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.Your duties will include site visits with customers/contractors to ensure customer/client/contractors are updated frequently on progress of works.Youll need great organisational skills to keep on top of surveys, works, post inspections and complaints resolutions.Were looking for someone with a background in a commercial team; history of completing payer notices and confident to challenge price discrepancies when required. This is a hybrid role, youll be expected to work 3 days in the office and its permissibleto work from home the remaining 2 days.Role Criteria:As youll be required to provide a front-line professional service to all customers, were looking for someone who will proactively deliver a positive experience!Youll coordinate and deliver all customer operational related tasks and communication materials as appropriate, ensure customer appointments are attended on time and to standardand proactively support the Group Customer Success Manager as required. Thesuccessful candidate for this role will have:

  • Good time management, planning & organisational skills.
  • Experience of working with computerised systems.
  • Experience of working in a customer facing or service delivery role.
  • Good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer experience ethos.
  • Strong communication skills
