Pay: Kent Range 5 - £19,335 to£20,483 Start Date: 19 April 2021Weve created a new role becausewe believe that great attendance at school is the key, not just to a goodeducation, but also to richer life choices and improved wellbeing. We are looking for a person ofexcellent ability who isnt afraid to have tough conversations and bring aboutchanges with parents, but who is also kind and caring towards our children. Weneed to make sure our children are in school every day, on time. You will be onhand to meet with late families each day and provide support to ensure thattheir lateness improves, monitor attendance and work with other professionalsin school to formulate plans to support childrens attendance for targetedfamilies and take a proactive role in ensuring that attendance improves.You will be also be responsiblefor overseeing health and first aid provision for our children which can beanything from a bumped knee to administering prescription medication or sortingout children who have had an accident. During emergencies, you will workalongside other members of staff to deal with it appropriately. Patience,kindness and sometimes tough love are essential!
