Job Description

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to contribute to a thriving sales team with great customer service and the ability to meet the needs of clients who need assistance. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operationof the showroom through a variety of tasks related to organisation, communication, and customer service support to customers. Responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material.* Prioritise and process customer requests and orders submitted by telephone, email, and in-person* The Customer Service Representative will support operation with lead updates/chases/customer complaints/additional assistance* Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes* Learn how to use database systems and technology to deliver great customer care* The Customer Service Representative needs to maintain thorough and accurate customer service records* Draft, format and print relevant documents (quotes, letters, amendments, CRP certificates etc)* Images and information uploads* The Customer Service Representative will also be photocopying, scanning, and filing* Support all departments where required with any Adhoc admin required when all other works are completed* Showroom support* If CSR wishes to be involved in sales, then the Company can ensure they receive a commission in line with their roleCandidate Requirements:* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal* IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office* Knowledge of CRM beneficial* 2+ years experience in a face-to-face customer service role essential* Experience dealing with inbound/ outbound calls* Confident telephone manner* Ability to work alone and as part of a team* Able to form relationships with customers* Ability to prioritise workloadHours: Wednesday - Sunday 9:00 am - 4:00/5:00 pm ORFriday, Saturday, Sunday 9:00 am-4;00/5:00pm ORSaturday -Sunday 9:00am-4:00/5:00pm Salary: £20,500- £22,000 DOEBrampton Recruitment is an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
