Job Description

Are you extremely organised and love to provide exceptional supportWe are working with a company based in Tiverton looking for a Business Support Officer to join their team for a 6 month period starting 03/12/2021.If you have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, high ability to multitask and provide support to a team then this could be a role for you.Responsibilities:

  • To provide high quality administrative support to all officers within the Team.
  • To provide a high quality service to the general public, taking account of the policies and procedures.
  • Processing payments over the telephone.
  • To support the management of garages, including advertising vacant garages, managing allocations and waiting lists, making offers and carrying out sign-ups for garages, and dealing with terminations.
  • To process terminations of tenancies for properties and have ownership of keys to ensure targets are met within the service.
  • To provide support to the Team by preparing sign up packs for customers and typing any correspondence needed following inspections.
  • To assist the Business Support Manager and other Managers with other projects as and when required.
  • To contribute to service development in co-operation with other colleagues.
