Job Description

Support Consultant- Sage 200 | West Midlands | Part Time| Minimum 3 full days - 9pm till 5pm | Starting from £35,000 up to £40,000 ( Pro Rata )Century provide a comprehensive range of Sage 200 solutions including support, consultancy, project management and training. Centuryplace their clients needs at the heart of the service we provide.We are looking for a motivated, hardworking, and organised Support Consultant with Sage 200 support skills. Your communication and customer service skills should be first class, and you will have worked in first-line support, application support or an internalhelp-desk role, providing solutions for Sage 200 users or clients.The role brings the opportunity for home-based, or hybrid working (Tipton Office) and has the potential for you to move software implementation, project management, development or account management and you will work with Sage 200 on-premise or Cloud applications.What will your role as a Support Consultant look like

  • You will service our Sage 200 customer base, and you will have the opportunity to learn about Sage CRM and Manufacturing products
  • You will demonstrate your skills at getting hands-on with problems, digging deep, and resolving client queries by telephone, email, and remote connection, ensuring you stay calm under pressure when the team is busy, or you have an unhappy client
  • Areas that we cover are Sage 200 financials, commercials, manufacturing, inventory management, BI and Bespoke Applications
Are you the right person for us
  • Applicants should ideally have several years of Sage 200 support experience
  • You should be proficient with Microsoft SQL and have proven IT Support / Administration experience
  • Experience with Sage ISVs such as Draycir, Sicon and CIM would be advantageous
  • You should have excellent communication skills to deal with customers at all levels, as well as with your peers across various departments
  • Strong CIM Manufacturing background would be a benefit
  • The candidate will also be a good problem-solver, self-motivated and organised
  • Actively promote our other services and software solutions
