Job Description

Multi Skilled TradespeopleA growing West Midlands company has exciting opportunities for suitable qualified/experienced tradespeople.Seeking Plumber/Bathroom Fitter; Bricklayer/Ground worker; Carpenter for Full Time positionsPlease note- there will be no on-call or unsociable hours.Role Requirements

  • Experience working in tenanted properties
  • Full Driving licence (must have) expensed vehicle provided for work use.
  • CSCS Card an advantage
  • Plumber with experience of Bathroom/Wet-rooms with good tiling skills
  • Bricklaying Level 2/3 with ground work general skills.
  • Carpentry Level 2/3 with patch plastering skills.
Role Responsibilities
  • Self-starters with problem solving skills
  • Team working/individual working and completing paperwork for finished jobs.
  • Various repair and general maintenance tasks.
