Role: Talent Acquisition Business Partner / Recruitment Account ManagerLocation: AltrinchamSectors: Construction Supplies RecruitmentSalary: £28,000 - £35,000Onsite Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Partner / Internal Recruitment Coordinator / Account ManagerWe are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients and we are looking to embed an Onsite Recruitment Coordinator (Account Manager) into their business to help with all things recruitment - working with various stakeholders and introducing robust processesto improve their talent attraction, employer brand and staff retention, as well as a free-thinker who can take ownership and implement their own ideas whilst working with senior managemnt.This would be a great role for someone looking to move into an Internal Recruitment type role but who wants to maintain their proactive approach to talent attraction and resourcing.Our client are a leading supplier and distributor of Buillding Materials with a great reputation and forward thinking mindset, set to grow in the year ahead. Independently owner with over 10 sites throughout the North West. The business employ circa 350staff and turnover in the region of £50m.We are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Internal Recruitment Coordinator / On Site Recruitment Consult or Talent Acquisition Partner from within the industry, who can form an integral part of our clients business.You will be given full access to our systems, including a Linkedin Recruiter license, access to our database and systm to help acheive their talent acquisition objectives.The expected hires per annum is 65-70 permanent roles. This isnt high volume recruitment. It is filled a variety of permanent positions with salaries ranging from £22,000 - £80,000+. In addition to getting the talent into the business, there will also be a piece on process, talent attraction, staff engagment, staff feedback, salary benchmarking as well as some administrative functions.This really is a critical role for us and our client. It is all about finding the right person to lead this project.Role:The role will be focusing on sourcing quality individuals for the roles bing recruiting throughout the North West. Writing adverts, using numerous job boards, Linkedin Recruiter, managing advert applications, networking through our database, social mediaas well headhunting, you will source and screen candidates relevant to the vacancies we are recruiting. You will follow the entire recruitment campaign - cradle to grave. As well as finding the right talent for the positions that need to be filled you willdevelop your own network of candidates and use your initiative to uncover potential leads for the business. Talent mapping, talent pipelining, ensuring candidate experience is of the highest level and positioning our client as The Employer of Choice withinthe sector.
