Are you a Teaching Assistant who has experience working with Complex Needs Are you looking for a long term role supporting children within a specialist SEND school Here at Education Solutions we are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work with a small class of students with Complex Needs. Your role will involve working on a 1-2-1 and small group basis. Good behaviour management and experience working with special educational needs is essential.The school is a nurturing environment that caters for children with a range of special educational needs, from Autism to Complex Needs and SLD. The team work very closely together and are focused on providing a nurturing and learning environment for children. The class teachers are passionate about enabling all children to learn, and as a Teaching Assistant you will slot in and become a valued member the team.
