Job Description

About the roleOur club plus members are at the heart of what we do, so exceptional customer service and driving member loyalty is our main priority. To play an essential role in delivering this we are looking for a Horticulture Customer Advisor to join our HorticultreTeam. As Horticulture Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service including providing advice and guidance in relation to plant care and maintenance, core gardening products & equipment, maintaining the plant & core gardeningareas on a daily basis as per company standards, and any other duties associated with a garden centre role.About You

  • You are passionate about all things plants and delivering the best possible experience for our customers.
  • A team player and confident communicator who is eager to learn new skills and gain new experiences.
  • Naturally friendly person: our team members really enjoy what they do and who they work with
  • Flourish in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Previous retail experience would be an advantage
