Client Relationship Manager - Award winning law firm£20,000 - £22,000Altrincham A well-established law firm are looking to recruit an Client Relationship Manager to join their team. They are a well-established and leading firm with exciting plans for 2022 including values that place their employees first by offering excellent benefitsas well as excellent progression.Key responsibilities of a Client Relationship Manager are:

  • Overall customer support by proactively contacting clients at key points throughout the process
  • Offering guidance throughout the conveyancing Journey
  • Ensuring the clients expectations through clear and informative communication
  • Develop a strong relationship with clients
  • Gathering customer feedback to pass on to the relevant teams for improvements to be made.
  • Analysing trends in customer experience data
Key skills of a Client Relationship Manager are:
  • Must have experience in customer service

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
