Job Description

Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Cargo Customer Service Clerk for a well-established Airline GSA based in Manchester.Daily Duties:-

  • Cargo reservations (via telephone or e-mail)
  • Customer service queries (via telephone or e-mail)
  • Entering bookings into in-house and airline reservation systems
  • Dealing with trucking companies & Ground Handling Agents (GHA?s)
  • Giving spot rates to freight forwarders ((via telephone or e-mail)
  • Raising reports in both internal systems and Microsoft Excel
    • Working hours are; Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30As an agency we are fast becoming the number one Freight specialist in the UK.
