The role will encompass ownership of the shift. Exceptional delivery to customer service both internally and externally is the key operational requirement ofthis role, along with the need for exceptional man-management.The role will suit someone who is able to work to tight deadlines within a fast paced environment in order to be able to organise the team accordingly.Recruiting the right people is an integral part of our Clients growth plans. You will need to have worked within a similar environment previously and be a hands on leader.The Role• Picking and loading multi part orders via forklift (counterbalance) and hand-balling.• Stock unloading and replenishment.• Manual handling of timber products/sheet materials.• Use of FLT counterbalance (must hold valid in date counter balance licence).• Candidates must be happy to work off the forklift.*INVOLVES HEAVY LIFTING*Person specification:
