If youre ready to take your career to the next level, this is the opportunity youve been waiting for!Job Summary: As a Warehouse Administrative Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our warehouses efficient operation, overseeing and managing a team of dedicated warehouse administrators. Your role will be instrumental in ensuringthat our warehouse runs smoothly and effectively, with a focus on streamlining processes and maintaining data integrity.Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead and support a team of warehouse administrators, providing guidance to ensure daily tasks and objectives are met.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline administrative processes, improve efficiency, and reduce errors.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and orders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and other departments to optimize warehouse processes.
  • Training: Train and onboard new warehouse administrators, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed for success.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the teams performance, taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Safety: Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
  • Technical Systems: Manage and troubleshoot technical systems used for inventory and order processing.
  • Customer Support: Assist in resolving customer inquiries and concerns related to order and shipment status.
  • External Partners: Act as a point of contact for external partners to facilitate smooth warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a warehouse administration or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software and office applications.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in warehousing.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload.
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including Excel.
