Job Description

Established in 1984, Uniserve are the largest British privately owned international freight and logistics company in the UK. We are experts in all major Global trade markets and specialists in Europe, China, South East Asia, and the Indian Subcontinent.We are currently seeking a Transit Performance Coordinator to support the Transport team, based at our Tilbury depot.Responsibilities

  • Controlling of all trailer & container bookings into Depot
  • Liaising with customers & warehouse to ensure maximum productivity is reached
  • Managing pallet levels to ensure pallet wastage is minimal
  • Producing & maintaining KPI reports for customers and management
  • Compiling data from various sources to produce weekly repots
  • Working in conjunction with the Warehouse, Transport & Customer Service team to seamlessly connect all departments relative information to customers
  • Recording all data on throughout & failures in order to report on accurate KPIs
    • Essential Skills and Experience
  • ETSF, CNS & NCTS Experience
  • Good customer service
  • Previous experience in Warehouse Management Systems and Transport Management Systems
  • Good time management
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • Proactive problem-solving capability
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Able to work to deadlines and meet targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team Player
