We are looking for a professional who is passionate about making a difference and contributing to the evolution of HR practices.If you have a proven track record of being a business partner, implementing and driving HR change, driving employee engagement, and managing HR processes, then you could be the ideal candidate.Essential Attributes and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Advisor / Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to engage internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, procedures, and employment law ideally working within a unionised environment.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to drive progressive change and play a key role in working as part of the senior management team.
What does the day to day look likeIn this role, you will be instrumental in driving HR processes, implementing procedures, and fostering employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to drive key HR metrics, strategy and initiatives.
  • Providing expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
  • Managing employee relations and resolving complex issues.
  • Implementing and overseeing HR projects to enhance organisational effectiveness.
  • Identifying and addressing skills gaps, working closely with Learning and Development.
  • Leading the HR team in the absence of the HR Manager, ensuring continuity and support.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems.
