Job Description

As a Senior Digital Analyst you will work to deliver innovative, data-led solutions to complex business critical problems to deliver value. We expect solutions to make use of marketing, merchandising, and trading data to facilitate key strategic decision-making.You will work at all stages of the development lifecycle from idea generation to testing, implementation and operational support.Please note the closing date for applications is: Sunday 30th OctoberABOUT THE JOBAs a Senior Digital Analyst, you will be working with team members across multiple functions, to create and provide sophisticated solutions. Working on different business objectives and problems will require your good understanding of the context and challenges.As a valued partner you will combine technical skills and business understanding to maximise the value that your work delivers.You work effectively with a variety of stakeholders both technical and non-technical and tailor your communication to meet their demand and expectation. You break down complexity to a relatable level and communicate key points, where necessary making use ofeffective data visualisations. You manage your own work in an agile manner to meet deadlines and maximise value.As a Senior Digital Analyst, you like to solve business problems, automate processes, use cloud environments to your advantage and you are not hesitant to gain new technical skills. You will use your deep understanding of the business area to consult on possiblesolutions including their pros and cons and finding the best split between good enough and too complex, as well as delivering ad-hoc actionable insight allowing the business to deliver valuable change.You always drive for a high level of automation and technical excellence using your knowledge of the technical environments you are working with. Data integrity is a key part of this role, making sure the reporting and analysis delivered is accurate and consistentwith other MI across the business. You will be expected to recommend improvements to data quality, through technology solutions or improved processes.ABOUT YOU

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, breaking down complex solutions and delivering to a range of stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills coupled with an analytical mindset
• A track record of delivering business value with analytical solutions
• Experience in using digital analytics solutions such as Google & Adobe Analytics, as well as experience analysing and manipulating data using Python, SQL or similar
• Experience in data visualisation using relevant tools
• Ability to manage an analytics project in an agile manner individually or as part of a wider team
• Good understanding of Data Lakes, Data Warehouses and different data structures
• Open minded, inquisitive, life-long learner
• Comfortable with ambiguity, highly autonomous
• You have a degree or equivalent experience in computer science, mathematics, or a subject involving similar analytical skills
