Job Description

Reed Accountancy are representing a client working within the Public Sector, who are looking to recruit a Finance & Corporate Support Assistant on a full-time, 6-month fixed term contract, with view to go permanent.Paying a salary of £19,000 - £22,000 per annum.Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the finance team to deliver effective cash and treasury management services including
- Processing income (receivables) including income reconciliation and raising invoices- Processing invoices, managing outflows (payments) and supporting with management and review of regular and unexpected expenditure
  • Supporting the daily cash flow and bank reconciliations including:
- Daily bank checks- Checking and ensuring correct allocation and coding of income and expenditure
  • Working with the finance officer to ensure smooth delivery of the finance service
  • Providing admin & other support as necessary to the Executive team including diary management
  • Support the administration of Boards and governance
  • Provide admin support to the wider organisation as and when needed
  • Admin support for customer correspondence and complaints.
