Job Description

Working for a fast growing manufacturing company based in Barnham a few miles out of Thetford.Main Duties:

  • Picking, packing and dispatching goods to customers from a controlled document.
  • Loading & unloading vehicles.
  • General warehouse duties as required.
  • Working as a team as directed by either team leader or supervisor.
  • Act in a responsibly manner to follow Health & Safety.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as specified by your line manager.
    • Personal Attributes:Responsibility and Teamwork at all times.
  • Team Player.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Flexible to the needs of the business on a day to day basis.
  • Good level communication and able to read and speak English as the job. entails picking items from a stock sheet .
    • Essential:
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Punctual & Reliable.
  • Successful candidates must be flexible to the needs of the business on a day to day basis.
  • This is physically demanding job. You must be able to execute heavy lifting up to 20 kg.
  • Must be available for overtime and be able to work weekends when needed.
    • Hours of work :Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.00Our client is willing to consider candidates who have previous forklift experience inhouse and do not currently have a portable license. In house training and licence refresh can be offered.Key benefits:Pay rate £10.00 per hour , £10.75 for candidates with forklift experience.Free parking, company uniform, excellent ongoing training and development opportunities, competitive salary, competitive overtime rates.
