  • The hours of work and shift patterns are: 06.00 - 1800,4on 4off
  • The rateof pay is:£12.80+ 10% Night Shift Allowance between 10pm - 6am
The factory is a modern environment with very good working conditions.Many of our staffhave progressed their careers through the business with opportunities across many departments.The Warehouse Administrator role includes - responsible for all warehouse transactions into the business system, for receiving, locating, storage and pulling product of the warehouse system. Will be required to communicate effectively and provide requiredreport, be technically proficient and able to accomplish time-sensitive tasks, promptly and on time. Remain calm under pressure, multi-task, and effectively problem-solve. A very high level of accuracy and commitment is required. Keeps regular communicationbetween warehouse and production teams to ensure timely and efficient lifting and processing of product including updating any changes to transport or orders. Liaising with managers, supervisors and other key staff across the business to enable smooth operationsfor all. Working with hauler companies to get transport or equipment updates if required. Be supportive of the aims of the company and department. You will also be very flexible, the role may need to be cross functional with Intake when needed, but only whenfull training provided.
  • Work in close partnership with Planning and Production teams;
  • Pre-start up checks done and scanned to H/S department;
  • Day to Day general Health & Safety;
  • Achieve KPI targets set by Department manager;
  • Apply policies in the department to meet customer demands;
  • Control procedures for the movement of commodities into, and out of the department;
  • Control accuracy of all delivery notes in and out of the department;
  • Ensure HSE requirements are met within the warehouse.
  • Ensure accuracy of goods movements;
  • Paperwork completing for outloads via SAP system or manually;
  • Plan and carry out stocktaking when required;
  • Basic understanding of planning the department and transport schedule;
  • Ensure good housekeeping – always audit ready;
  • Full understanding of all other roles in the department;
  • A full understanding of production impact, on Despatch and customer demand;
  • Meetings on T2 level;
  • Responsible for ensuring correct use of equipment to prevent damage and incur cost.
