You will be carrying out training in the classroom or on the shop floor and you will ensure our new starters on the night shift have asmooth start to their career.Our ideal Trainer will have experience of working in a similar training/L&D function and will be comfortable delivering training to staff from a variety of backgrounds.Ideally youwould have an understanding of Food Safety, HACCP and IOSH.You will have excellent communication skills and will be comfortable working on your own, managing your own workload accordingly.This is a rare opportunity for a L&D professional looking for a new opportunity and an opportunity to really make a difference on site.
