Job Description

DCO77125FULL TIMECONTINENTAL 4 SHIFT PATTERNOVERTIME @ 1.5XWe are proud to be recuriting STERILISER OPERATORS for our Thetford based client. Working in theit sterile, modern and bright production area, you will work a continental 4 shift pattern and the hourly rate of pay is £10.41. There is a shift allowance alsoof £103.56 per week and overtime is available at 1.5x. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The operator will be responsible for the running of the automated vessels and the organisation of the day-to-day workload to ensure all products meet the specified requirements. Flexibility within the areas will be required, good innovative and goodcommunication skills. The ability to work as part of cross-functional teams will be crucial. This job involves working alone.
  • To operate process equipment to defined batch recipes and process instructions, working within specified machine parameters.
  • To operate and monitor the running of the process equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures and JIBs following all safety guidelines.
  • To perform routine quality checks on the equipment, and taking product samples as specified.
  • To perform regular routine planned maintenance tasks on the Viaflo machinery and equipment in line with the procedures and programmes in place.
  • To control and record detailed data collection using batch paperwork.
  • To perform and record all cleaning duties for the equipment and plant.
  • Comply with EH&S /GMP/ GDP / company & corporate policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Carry out EH&S and GMP audits as directed by Process Leads and Production Supervisor.
  • Self Manage sickness and holiday and provide cover for colleagues.
  • To notify Quality assurance and the Process Leads of any deviations from the process.
