We are currently looking for aQA Manager - NightsThis is a Monday to Friday role and the working hours can be either 6pm - 2am OR 10pm to 6am.Salary £40,617 pa + Benefits package.

To effectively uphold the food safety, legal, and quality standards of 2SFG, our customers, regulatory bodies and all other interested stakeholders.
The completion of routine and non-routine assessments in the factory environment to ensure compliance to all codes of practice
To coach, train, advise and support the factory operations teams on matters of non-conformance and deviation to specification
To act as the site Subject Matter Expert on all key technical disciplines
To efficiently manage Quality Auditors to ensure daily, weekly and monthly tasks are completed on time and in full.
To be the ‘go to’ factory based Technical colleague for all queries/issues raised by production or issues unable to be sorted by Quality Auditors on shift

Demonstrable experience in a food manufacturing quality role including team management
Good understanding of microbiology, bacteria and pathogen control
Excellent communication skills
