We are proud to be working on behalf of a globally renowned designer and manufacturer of electric process heating and control systems.A new opportunity has arisen for aProject Manager to join a successful and dynamic team and business.Duties/Responsibilities:Overall management of assigned manufacturing contracts of engineered productsMin of 5years experience in multidiscipline high value engineering/manufacturing projects within O&G industry or similarExpertise in project management of the whole life cycle of projects from order to final deliveryCapability to liaise with client, sub-vendors, Engineers, Project Buyer and Shop Floor Supervisors to discuss and resolve technical, production and commercial issues relating to agreed output.Willingness and availability to attend on / off site client meetings as required by the companyComfortable with the following tasks:Project plan creation, maintenance and management (project milestones, critical path identification and ownership)Clarification, Change, Risk and Documentation managementProject procurement management/involvementReporting on regular basis to internal and external stakeholdersCosts control and managementInspection and certification managementWith the assistance of Engineering team ensuring that all designs meet the project requirements in line with our certification, local and international standards and regulations.Desirable:A Degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent relevant work experienceFamiliarity with the following software capabilities and occasional use of: Microsoft AX, Ceaser II, STAAD, Creo3 (ProE), AutoCAD, MS Project and MS office suite. Software and training will be provided where necessary.Technical bid evaluation experience
