Job Description

Fancy working with some of the most prestigious names in motorsport such as AMG, Lotus, Aston Martin, Ferrari and Ford Well, look no further.Serve Talent have teamed up with an industry leading Automotive business and theyre looking for a Programme Manager to join their team based in Norfolk.Working alongside and leading the Projects team, your essential duties and day-to-day will look like the following:

  • Develop, lead and deliver project plans for projects.
  • Oversee resource planning, ensure resources are available to support project activities.
  • Risk planning and management throughout projects.
  • Track and control project spend within allocated budget using forecasting tools.
  • Ensure quality of deliverables and manage achievement of project deliverables.
  • Be involved in DFMEA, DVP&R, FEA, product drawings, identification of key characteristics, and design review processes including gates, milestones, etc.
  • Communication with various interacting departments including other divisions of the business.
And this is what they will require from you coming in as the next Programme Manager:
  • Engineering degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • PMP designation is an asset.
  • 3+ years of programme/project management experience
  • Must be able to read and fully interpret Engineering Drawings and Standards.
  • High level of organisational skills required.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Demonstrated decision making and problem solving.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with both clients and colleagues.
  • Intermediate computer skills specifically in MS Office tools with some experience with CAD software preferably.
