A leading manufacturing business in Thetford; who are going through an interesting period of growth - are looking to hire an experienced Production Engineer with a flare for Continuous Improvement, to both coordinate & drive production activities across the site.The primary purpose of the role is to provide improvements to the factory, with the aim of reducing cost and delivering the Site Operations Strategy as well as other improvements. Reporting into the Operations Director, this is a crucial role for the business and one that will see you working with a wide range of Managers across the business, supporting with various processes and projects, including a Factory Improvement initiatives.Responsibilities will include:
