Operations Manager/ Permanent/ Hockwold- salary up to £40,000Contract Personnel has a new fantastic opportunity to join this market leader in household waste Recycling Centre used cooking oil disposal. We are looking for Operations Manager to join my client on permanent basis. This role is to manage and to support existing team of technicians working at their Hockwold processing plant, capable of processing 9 million litres of used cooking oil (UCO) annually.Responsibilities:

To continuously produce LF100 to absolute minimum standards and tested in line with company requirements.
To maintain sufficient storage capacity for the rolling receipt of UCO in line with defined delivery schedules.
Ensuring that LF100 is available for all Gensets at all times.
Ensuring that all legislative requirements for Waste Transfer have been met.
Ensuring all daily records are efficiently kept.
To hold a weekly Operations Update in liaison with Customer Services.
To carry out regular reviews of staff performance against pre-set objectives.
To assist Operations Director in recruitment of all new staff.

This can be an excellent opportunity for the supervisor or production manager to step in to operations manager role.The successful candidate will have:

Experience working in process, refinery, petrochemical industry and have managerial or supervisory experience as minimum.
IOSH, NEBOSH or similar
