Our client is based just off the A11 in Thetford and are seeking an HR Advisor to join their team in a newly created role.Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will take responsibility for the front line HR service for the business.This role is a true generalist remit, and will support the business throughout the whole employee lifecycle. You will contribute to and drive HR objectives and ensure business is supported to attract, retain, engage and develop talented people for the futureof the business.Applicants will be CIPD Level 5 qualified, or equivalentwith previous experience in working across all areas of employee relations, recruitment and training & development.
