Job Description

Fostering Team ManagerPay: £42,000-48,000Non Stops client, based in the East of England, is looking for someone to join their independent fostering agency as a Team Manager on a permanent basis.They are a well established agency with a Good Ofsted rating so you can be assured that you will work for an agency that puts upholds a high standard of care for children and young people, leaving you with better job satisfaction.Along with this, they are a supportive team that are open to hybrid working arrangements depending on your needs. Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of experienced supervising social workers
  • Work with the head of fostering in order to continuously grow and improve the service
  • Work with stakeholders in order to help develop the service and make sure continuous support is provided to foster carers and children
Requirements:
  • Registration with Social work England (SWE)
  • Driving License
  • Experience in the fostering sector, preferably someone who has led a team of supervising social workers
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
