Our client is a privately owned global retailer and wholesaler of fashion clothing, accessories and homeware. Founded in the 70s, the company global headquarters are in London with an annual revenue of over £200m. The business has numerous stores globallytargeting all ages and demographics. It is looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager to own the onsite customer journey across four platforms globally. Reporting into the Head of eCommerce you will collaborate with the winder eCommerce and marketing teams creating actionable plans toincrease conversion. You will manage the relationships with all ecommerce-related technology partners and own the relationship with the digital agency to ensure the day-to-day website operations are running efficiently. You will be responsible for the managementof the platform development roadmap and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver web projects to an agreed budget and timescale. For your application to be successful you need to come from a strong background in digital product ownership and have excellent management skills.
