Job Description

JOB REF J29770/DCOPERMANENTFULL TIMEMONDAY - FRIDAY£neg dep on experienceOur client, based in Thetford, is keen to recruit a dynamic and creative Development Chemist to play a pivotal role in supporting the NPD pipelinefor the company. Being a part of this exciting home care brand, you will work with cross-functional teams such as Quality, Commercial and productionto help create industry leading products.Key Duties:• Develop and build the homecare innovation pipeline and product range.• Have good formulation expertise.• Present to internal stakeholder’s key project developments• Initiate and manage projects and NPD plan, working with cross-functional teams to help deliver innovative and high-quality products on time and in budget.• Support with regulatory aspects of the NPD/EPD’s such as SDS creation, formulation cards and monitor legislation change to ensure complianceat all times.• Provide product briefings to suppliers and 3rd parties, when required.• Contribute new ideas for innovation centred to homecare.• Work in fast paced environment to deliver products quickly to market.Key Requirements:• Experience in a similar role within the industry• Ideally a degree in a Scientific field• A desire to grow and invigorate an existing brand/range.• Knowledge of interpreting marketing trends from a Technical perspective• Ability to use technical programmes e.g., Microsoft, MSTo apply for this role please send your CV to Hales Group Ltd collects and keeps information from applicants, so that we can monitor our recruitment process, ensure compliance with the Equal Opportunities policy, and when appropriate send you details of future job opportunities.
