Job Description

Customer Service Administrator- Thetford- £ CompetitiveWe are currently working on behalf of our manufacturing Client in Thetford for a Customer Service Administrator.Job responsibilities:

  • To be the first point of contact for, dealing with customer queries via telephone and email.
  • To set up new accounts and enter sales orders
  • Verify customer information is correct and up to date
  • Liaise with transport companies regarding deliveries and other departments to meet customer demands
  • Print, photocopy, collate and distribute order paperwork
  • Verify dispatch dates and advise customers of any delays.
  • Cover Preparer & Printer/Collator Role when required.
  • Manage Special Projects
  • This is a great opportunity for someone with previous Customer service and administration experience looking for a new role in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will be someone that is a team player that has an excellent telephone manner and that can deal issues with a calm head.The hours of the role:Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:00Friday 08:30-14:15
  • 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
