Software Relationship ManagerCooper Lomaz are recruiting for a new Relationship Manager for a growing Software / Technology organisation based just outside Cambridge. Our client is global with a continued growing regional presence and are continuing to recruit during the UKs lockdown phase. This fast moving and progressive position will be international customer facing where you will be building customer awareness, advocacy and improving Software satisfaction levels from existing customers / users.Applications will be experienced in Customer Service with an interest or experience working with Software or CRMs or ERP Software. You will be tasked with improving existing client satisfaction, generating further revenue from existing clients and responsible for demonstration material / general customer training. You will be discussing complex solutions (once trained) and will take part in online demonstrations or basic online support of my clients Software. You must be self-motivated and organised, with the drive to succeed and most importantly you will have outstanding customer relationship skills.While the following will make you stand out:·Experience within Customer Service or Success (ideally technical environments)·Proven experience in software market space preferred, or similar experience·Have evidence of successful achievement as part of customer support team·Language skills highly desirable and preferred but not essential·Experience working with Customers that are International and not UK based
