Our client runs a range of exclusive properties across the Cotswolds region. Due to their continued expansion, they are looking to recruit a Host/Receptionist to join their team at their exclusive health club and spa based in Tetbury.This is an on your feet’ type of role for those seeking a busy, vibrant and varied role within an award-winning Spa. As a Spa Host you are responsible for the guest journey and satisfaction. This varies from the warmth of welcome as guests walk through the front door, taking treatment bookings, spa packages and fitness classes, making tea’s and coffee’s, running a lunch service right through to the most important finer detail of ensuring the Spa is spotless at all times, laundry is fresh and the fire is always roaring. You must enjoy interacting with people and passionate about hospitality. There is daily use computer use so it is essential you feel confident using our Spa software and e-mails.Ideally we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience within a client facing, customer service setting. You must be a bubbly, friendly, people person, who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.This is a Full Time role and will involve shift work.
