Job Description

Leading specialist Tour Operator in Bristol are recruiting for their Northern Europe & Arctic Team, if Iceland, Scandinavia and The High Arctic is your specialism and passion, this is the perfect role for you! Travel is on the up again and this establishedcompany is looking for Travel Consultants, who know this region, to join them Be rewarded with a competitive basic, excellent OTE, great working hours and benefits! Consideration will also be given to those not local to Bristol for a homebased role if yourexperience is a perfect match!JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Working to produce amazing itineraries to The Arctic, Iceland, Greenland, Finland, Norway, Sweden & The Faroe Islands
  • Tailor-making itineraries to meet the needs of your clients who can be direct customers & Travel Agents
  • Offering your expertise and advice to Travel Agents and Customers on our destinations
  • Taking enquiries over the phone and making outbound follow ups, offering amazing customer service and building a rapport
  • Promote and sell both air and ground products, along with ancillaries such as excursions to maximise sales and revenue, working to targets and OTE
  • Managing the booking through to travel, dealing with any amendments and add ons
  • Working Monday - Friday 0900-1730 or 0930-1800, working one in four Saturdays 1000-1600 with a day off in lieu
  • Whilst this role could be based in offices in Bristol there is potential for this to be home-based if Bristol is accessible for training and occasional meetings.
