Your main responsibilities will include managing events from start to finish, both independently and as part of a team. This includesoverseeing logistics for off-site events, ordering ingredients, menu planning, and ensuring compliance with HACCAP standards.To excel in this role, you must have prior experience working for events companies, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and logistics involved.
