Read on if those are meaningful values to you too!We are looking for a Marketing and Events Executive with experience in B2B marketing to support growing our technology services and consulting business in the UK. Sitting within the marketing team, you will be responsible for executing multi-channel digital,print and in-person prospect acquisition campaigns, with a strong emphasis on good content. A core part of the role will be to plan, organise and execute both external marketing events and internal events in line with marketing and business strategy.The ideal candidate will be an assertive, high energy team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively to the companys marketing strategy with great success. This role will also act as the brand guardian ensuring delivery of brandvalues, messaging and positioning through all channels and communications.Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing and digital campaigns
  • Plan, organise and execute professional external events, including webinars, conferences and roundtables
  • Plan, organise and execute professional internal company events
  • Develop and research non-generic event ideas
  • Ensure the effective promotion of events internally and externally to meet campaign and marketing objectives
  • Manage event rehearsals, including advice and guidance to speakers on presentation style and best practice
  • Support content management on Delawares UK website and marketing automation platform (HubSpot)
  • Prepare reports and summaries of campaign and event performance
  • End-to-end management of one-off marketing campaigns, including working alongside external agencies
  • Effectively research and communicate all market-sensitive information to the relevant channels e.g. competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with regional and international marketing teams with the goal of generating brand awareness in a consistent manner
  • Successfully localise the brand, maintaining core values and mission
  • Actively work on information sharing
  • Work with the sales team to develop targets and support the CRM process and day-to-day management
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • 1-2 years B2B marketing experience
  • Creative, self-motivated, imaginative, and confident
  • Professional services industry background preferred but not essential
  • Hands-on experience of delivering integrated marketing campaigns, including both in-person and virtual events
  • Experience of reporting on campaign and event performance
  • Excellent project management skills, particularly in regards to event management
  • The ability to think broadly and outside of the box, influence and challenge internal stakeholders, as well as a willingness to be challenged
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and handle several tasks at once within given deadlines
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with clear attention to detail
  • Strong numeracy skills and proven ability to manage budgets, identify cost savings and run events which are value for money
  • A good understanding of data management, GDPR requirements and delegate registration processes
  • Ability to work independently and manage own time effectively without supervision but also to know when to ask for support
