Job Role: Head Chef Newly refurbished Events VenueLocation: BristolSector: Contract CateringSalary: £50,000Benefits -* £50,000* 5 of out 7 day* Great working environment* Leading Catering CompanyWe are looking for a dynamic, driven, passionate, experienced Head Chef to join the team at a newly refurbished Events Venue in the South West of EnglandThe Head Chef must be able to demonstrate strong kitchen management knowledge and skills, real passion for quality together with a commercial and creative mind.* 120 cover restaurant* breakfast/brunch/lunch/dinner* Events & hospitality including large scale graduations, conference, small wedding & events* Newly refurbished venue* Brand new opening / manage the opening of the set up and staff recruitmentResponsibilities -* Assist the executive head chef in the smooth running of this new kitchen* Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation* Create and develop new menu items and recipes* Manage stock control and food cost* Create new menus* Train and supervise kitchen staff* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment* Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or themed menusIf you are passionate about food, have strong leadership skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic culinary environment, dont delay in sending over your application.
