Each day will be different and you will be encouraged to grow and develop within the team.Duties:* To work alongside the senior kitchen team delivering precise prep* To maintain kitchen and hygiene standards* Taking in morning deliveries, ensuring they are correct and performing quality checks* Managing your section during service, delivering consistently perfect cooking* To support the junior team with prep and service* Kitchen closedown, prep lists for the following service and detailed ordersDo you have the skills* A self-motivated individual who works to deadlines and within time frames* Will have strong knife skills and a high standard of kitchen prep* Ability to work across multiple sections & multi task* Must have a strong understanding of kitchen health & safety and food hygiene* A gregarious, outward going personality who enjoys working in a team* Organised and diligent, keen to go the extra mile with a can do attitude This is a full time, permanent role with immediate start.
