  • Start Date: 06.03.23
  • Salary: £9.50 per hour
  • Location: Work from Home
  • Shifts: 37.5hrs/week: 4 Week Rotation; shifts will include Monday-Friday, working between the hours of 8:30am - 7:00pm over 3 weeks and 1 week working between the hours of 3:30pm - midnight 12:00am. NO WEEKEND WORKING! International service is closed 2 Bank Holidays a year:1st January & 25th December
  • Training Duration: 9 days training
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Requirements: Security vetting requirements for this role require applicants to have Permanent UK Residency/Indefinate Leave to Remain. Applicants must hold a current valid passport and must also have been continiously residentin the UK for a minimum of three years. Unfortunately due to the level of security vetting required for this role, we are unable to accept applications from canddiates who do not meet these requirements.
Day to day responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative
  • You will start your day signing into your systems, making sure you are ready for the day ahead.
  • You will play a key role in providing support and guidance (not advice) on the Visa and Immigration process, referring customers to online information and tools through both an inbound calling line and responding to emails.
  • Energetically and enthusiastically work as part of a high performing Customer Operations team.
  • Working in a fast paced targeted environment you will strive to achieve, responding to all queries in a polite and professional manner.
  • With an hour of rest time (made up of 30 minutes for lunch and 2 x 15 minute breaks) you will always have time to catch up with friends, get something to eat in the town centre, or perhaps grab some fresh air and go for a walk.
What do we need from you People skills and confidence in your PC skills!
  • A good attitude and the ability to interact with lots of different people.
  • The ability to learn in a virtual training environment which requires focus and engagement from you with your Trainer and peers.
  • The ability to handle challenging calls with resilience and determination.
  • The ability to actively listen to a Customers query, search for the relevant information via our Knowledgebase system and be able to relay this correctly to the Customer whilst ensuring their full understanding
  • The ability to multitask and navigate between multiple complex systems with speed and accuracy during your interactions with customers.
  • Flexibility, great attendance and good time keeping to make sure you are available for our customers.
