Job Description

About TructyreAt Tructyre our mission is to De-risk Britains Fleets by offering commercial tyre management to the nations truck fleets, giving customers confidence that their tyres are safe and legal. Our three core services are tyre maintenance, tyre supply and a 24/7rapid emergency response service.Tructyre is a proud part of the Michelin Group and Euromaster family, and is Britains only national, single-owned truck tyre specialist.In the UK, a team of around 600 colleagues work across our warehouse network, regional depots, support functions and Gateshead based customer experience centre, to take care of our customers.Tructyres team of keyworkers have kept Britains fleets moving, helping make essential deliveries during the pandemic. As a result, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Tyre Technician to service our customers vehicles and keep them on the road.What does a Commercial Tyre Technician do You will be our customers go to, when they need to keep their vehicles moving, by repairing and servicing our customers at agreed intervals.As a Commercial Tyre Technician you can expect to:

  • Carry out planned and ad-hoc tyre maintenance; Re-treading, Re-grooving, fitting etc.
  • Liaise with customers and central support teams to effectively plan agreed servicing and maintenance of our clients tyres.
  • Provide a rapid response service to customers within your region.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and policies when conducting all Tyre related work.

Due to the nature of this role we welcome applications from applicants not within the advertised area.
