If you share our values, we would welcome your application.Passion - Professionalism - Recognition - Commitment - Respect - Integrity - OpportunityRole overview:As a Digital Marketing Executive Apprentice within our Marketing Communications Team, you will be working closely with the Advertising team, Field Retail Marketing Managers and our in-house Studio team, to deliver stand out creative and communications ata national and regional level for our Bristol Street Motors, Macklin Motors and Vertu Motors dealerships.Within this role you will work with a number of well-known automotive manufacturers including Vauxhall, Nissan, Renault, Peugeot, Ford and Hyundai. You will coordinate projects and briefs from beginning to end, ensuring campaigns are in line with both manufacturersactivity and divisional project activity. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about having a career in Marketing.Primary duties include:

  • Coordinating briefs from entry to end result
  • Creating marketing assets for all manufacturers, covering New, Used, Aftersales, Commercial and Motability sectors
  • Working closely with Field Marketing Managers to deliver their divisional and local marketing activity
  • Creating assets which cover a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, press ads, digital and display advertising, signage and POS
  • Updating quarterly offers and web assets with changes to manufacturer pricing during the year
  • Working on delivering events across the group, both divisionally and locally
  • Acting as Manufacturer Ambassador for the brands we represent
  • Keeping offer and franchise pages of our website up to date
  • Ensuring all activity is legally and brand compliant and complies with FCA obligations
  • Developing excellent working relationships with other marketing/team members
  • Developing a good understanding of the market, competitors, and consumers and to use this to continually improve the marketing activity
Required skills & qualities:
  • Self-motivation

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Organisation skills and the ability to coordinate projects and hit deadlines
  • The ability to work as an individual, but also as part of a team
  • An eye for detail - excellent grammar and proof-reading skills
  • Being a creative thinker - the ability to read a brief and elaborate on it, working closely with the Field team and Studio

Working week:37.5 hours a week, MondayFriday 9am - 5:30pmEntry requirements:You need to have 5 GCSEs
  • Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades D or above
  • 3x GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject
